RS currently has a team of 30 full time professionals (CAs, MBAs and Management Accountants(with the requisite expertise and experience to ensure delivery of financial processes and allied services with a high level of Quality and Confidentiality.

Each member of RS fraternity is trustworthy, takes ownership and above all passionate about their job.

The senior management at RuBiK Solutions comprises Chartered Accountants and MBAs.

Vivek Agarwal

Senior Advisor

Vivek qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India in 1986 and worked with Audit and Tax Advisory practice of Price Waterhouse Coopers.

He brings in more than three decades of experience and has been handling business processes in area of accountancy and payroll form multinational corporates for more than two decades.

Abhinav Gupta

Partner and Head, Global Delivery Center

He trained as an accountant in the Audit department of KPMG LLP in the U.K. and worked with them from 2007 till 2011. Abhinav has done his Masters in Economics from University of Cambridge, U.K

Prior to joining RuBik Solutions, Abhinav was part of Financial Due Diligence team of Deloitte India LLP where he was part of multiple financial and vendor due diligence assignments.

Abhinav was also associated for 2 years with KPMG Global Services (KGS) a global delivery center of KPMG member firms. At KGS he was leading the US Health Care Transaction Advisory Practice.

Prianka Prabhat Gupta

Partner, Operations and Admin

Prianka has a bachelor’s degree in Home Science and a post graduation in Food and Nutrition sciences.

She currently leads operations and admin. department at Rubik Solutions. As part of her role she also supervises data security.

In the past she was associated with VLCC and RML Hospital in Delhi.

Satya Gupta

Senior Manager

Satya qualified as a MBA in India in 2006 and since then has been associated with RuBik Solutions.

Satya has extensive knowledge and experience of handling large processes.

He currently oversees employee expense claims for more than 50,000 employees and accounts payable management of 5,000 vendors for one of the largest ITeS company.
